Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Logody Creative Studio collects and uses your personal information when you use this website or get in touch with us. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Who we are

Logody Creative Studio is the data controller for information collected through this website. You can contact us about your data at any time by emailing contact@logody.co.uk.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect the details you give us, such as your name, email address, phone number, business name, social media links and anything you tell us about your project. When you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp processes that conversation under its own privacy policy.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if you become a client, deliver our services. Our lawful basis is your consent when you submit the form and our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us. We do not sell your information and we never add you to marketing lists without asking.

Who we share it with

Your enquiry may be stored in our email system and in the customer management software we use to keep track of enquiries. These providers only process your data on our instructions. We will only share your information with anyone else if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry, and client records for as long as we are legally required to. After that they are deleted securely.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Embedded videos only load from YouTube, Vimeo, Instagram or TikTok when you choose to play them, and those services may then set their own cookies.

Your rights

You have the right to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it and withdraw your consent at any time. To make a request, contact us using the details above. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
